Conservation Architecture is the process of recognising when a building has cultural significance and being able to take the correct course of action to either preserve, restore or design a sympathetic intervention to create a new use for the building.
Having been involved in all areas of Conservation architecture, we are able to offer an array of services including feasibility studies, conservation plans, quinquennial reports, enabling development and fund raising assistance for listed building applications.
Our Associate, Debbie Anderson (CA281) has over 17 years’ experience and is on an elite list of Conservation Architects on the RIBA Conservation Register, and one of only a handful in the north east of Scotland, which enable individuals and organisations looking to commission work to find the architects with the specific skills and experience for any UK wide restoration project.
