A development of four new detached dwellings in the garden ground of Netherfield forming an extension of Millfield Avenue to the east. It was important that the new development respected and sat comfortably in its setting given its location between a traditional 1 ½ storey granite cottage and typical 1970s style terraced housing.
The site is also located between two existing pedestrian links and overlooks the playing fields of the Garioch Sports Centre to the south.The existing tree lined avenue provides an established mature landscape setting which helps integrate the development into its surroundings.
