This 1 ¾ storey house was built on the site of a previous bungalow. The bespoke design for our clients provided large open plan kitchen/dining area, feature hall and staircase, together with separate living space. The ground floor also incorporates an office and large bedroom/en-suite. The first floor compromises a further two bedrooms with en-suites and large storage area.
The building is located on site as to not disrupt neighbours amenity and fit in with the surroundings, as well as provide private garden space. The external finish is provided with a mix of harled walls, granite & slate roofs.
