We were engaged on behalf of CHAP Construction to be part of their design team to submit a tender package to Aberdeen City Council for the creation of ninety-nine homes including both semi-detached houses and flats at Smithfield Drive, Aberdeen. The scheme was to create inspirational 21st Century socially rented family housing, designed to incorporate Housing for Varying Needs standards which allows flexibility to the future tenant should their circumstances change.
We have been delighted to be part of the team delivering Aberdeen's largest social housing development in more than a decade along other members of the design team.
