Land and building surveys, managing projects and preparing drawings from Initial Design proposals through Planning and Building Warrant, Tenders and on-site administration. U-value and SAP calculations for domestic Building Warrant applications, Involved in housing schemes for house builders / developers.  Also involved in Planning / Building Warrant drawings for commercial, industrial and agricultural projects with guidance from team leaders.

Undertake all deed plans on behalf of Aberdeenshire Council for domestic dwellings.
