We have been involved with the regeneration of the buildings at Lonach Hall since the initial phase 1 replacement of the rear hall with the two storey small hall, kitchen and toilet facilities and renovation of the original stone frontage.
The second phase dealt with the main hall which has had its external skin replaced while insulating, re-wiring and upgrading the heating and ventilation systems.
All works on the walls and roof were done from the outside to avoid damage to the existing interior.
An internal refurbishment was also undertaken restoring the hall to its former glory. The building and renovation works received a Local Authority Design Award for Conservation in 2006.
