This property sits on top of Harlaw Hill giving commanding views of Bennachie and the surrounding area.
The scope of works included open plan dining area connecting into the hall which is light and airy given the large glass gable. The upper floor has an open gallery overlooking the dining area allowing the upper floor to benefit from the open space.
A new energy efficient house using modern methods of construction. Low energy costs were a client priority here therefore we adopted a fabric first approach to minimise the fuel costs of occupation. Solar thermal panels were installed in the roof to back up hot water with a large thermal store .
