We successfully had the Crichie Farm site included in the Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan 2005-2011. This was developed into a masterplan for 738 houses, primary school, community facilities around a "village green" in conjunction with Dandara and the planning has now been approved and hopefully commence in 2018.
