A speculative development which initially saw planning permission for two identical portal frame industrial buildings designed with multi use functions in mind.
The layout remains flexible with a core of two storey offices and circulation leaving the remainder open to any occupiers layout requirements.
Once the occupier of Unit 1 was established we worked with the new tenant to provide solutions to their needs for clean workshop, laboratory, stores and high specification offices.
