LA+P were engaged by Bancon Homes to develop the overall masterplan for site at Aboyne.
It was split into phases, concentrating on a each section which was developed and sold before moving onto the next.
We worked closely with the client to get their required housetype mix on the site, along with obtaining planning and building warrant approvals.
