A residential development with a mixture of 3, 4 and 5 bedroomed houses designed for WKL Properties. Construction of the development began in 2015, and includes affordable housing in line with the local development plan.
The site was designed to maximise views over Bennachie, to overlook an open shared area, and also includes large private garden areas for each house.
Upgrading of the existing road into Daviot was carried out to widen the road and individual housetypes were customised in some instances to suit the end users preference.
