Guild Street was part of the refurbishment of the Merchant's Quarter in Aberdeen City, grant funded by Aberdeen City Council and Historic Scotland. 

The refurbishment of the flats including sensitive cleaning of granite, re-roofing with slate and significant areas of lead work, replacement and repairing of windows, gutters and downpipes as necessary.

A successful project, working with many flat owners, a project which followed from a similar successful project at the adjacent property, Tivoli Theatre.
